Interviewer : Good morning, Please, sit down.
Pelamar : Thank You.
Interviewer : Welcome to our office. My Name is Edi Prayitno. And on my right is Betha Herbiani. Your name’s. Alif Herdiansyah, isn’t it?
Pelamar : Yes, that’s right.
Interviewer : We’ve received your application letter, Curriculum Vitae and credentials. Now, we’re going to interview you to get more information abaout you. To start with, would you please tell me a little about yourself ?
Pelamar : All right. My name’s Alif Herdiansya. My friends usually call me Alif. That’s my nickname. I am from Semarang, but actually I was born in Jepara and grew up in Semarang. My father was an bank officer so he moved from one city to the other city. Now I live with my parents in Semarang.
I’m a fres graduate of Diponegoro University. I studied animal agriculture there. I am a hard-working and creative person who possesses leadership and managerial skill as well as technical writing skill. Being able to speak English and Japan fluently will surely benefit me much to carry out my work later.
Well, I heard that your company is offering a position as a manager for your farm. So, I am here now to apply for the position as I believe that I have the skills and qualifications.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND (ceritakan latar belakang pendidikan anda)

Interviewer : Now, would you please tell me about your educational background
Pelamar : Well.. after leaving senior high scoll in 2003. I continued my study in Diponegoro University. I was admitted in the animal agriculture faculty, majoring in nutrition and feed animal.
Interviewer : I see. And which university did you graduate from?
Pelamar : I graduated from Diponegoro University in July 2007. So, actually I’m a fres graduate. To complete my final task. I did a research about sheep indigenous (small ruminant in Indonesia). Based on my grade point average (GPA). I was chosen as one of the best students from the the animal agriculture faculty.
Interviewer : It sound convincing.
Pelamar : Thank you, Beside attending classes in the university, I also took some courses like English, Japan and computer. I am sure that my skills on those laguages and computer will surely support my work later in your company.
Interviewer : Yes, I hope so
Pelamar : In addition, I joined some students extra curricular activities such as student excecutive board or in Indonesian we call it Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM). I was the chairman of that organization from 2003 to 2004. That activity really taught me hoe to manage people effectively and solved managerial problems.
Interviewer : So… are you trying to say that you are an experienced person in conflict resolution management?
